13. CONTACT

1. WHO WE ARE

Hand Games is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy. You can contact us at .

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

We do not request GPS or precise location. Analytics partners may derive an approximate country or city from your IP address.

3. WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM

4. WHY WE USE IT

5. ADVERTISING, IDENTIFIERS AND CONSENT

We show ads through CleverAdsSolutions (CAS) mediation and its partner networks. Advertising and analytics partners may access your advertising ID, device data and approximate location derived from your IP address in order to show and measure ads.

Where the law requires it, personalized ads are shown only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time in the game settings ("Data collection agreement"). Declining personalized ads does not remove ads; you will still see non-personalized ads.

On iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing your advertising identifier. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID and limit ad tracking in your device settings. Withdrawing consent stops future personalized advertising but does not affect processing that already took place.

6. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We share data with service providers that process it on our behalf or as independent partners:

We also share data with providers acting on our behalf, with authorities where required by law, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the EEA, the United States and other jurisdictions, using appropriate safeguards where required.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Sharing advertising identifiers with advertising partners for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law; see section 10.

Deletion cannot be undone: your progress and purchased items are lost.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
